Before you change the plan, ask this.

A client missed a workout. Before you rewrite the programme, make space for one question:

“What made it difficult to get started this week?”

You might hear about a late shift, unfamiliar equipment or a session that felt too long. Use their answer to agree on one practical adjustment together. Keep a note of it, then check how it went at your next session.

Try it next session. Ask the question before offering a solution.
